1. Information We Collect

Mills collects limited data needed to run online multiplayer, player progress, and optional ad-supported rewards.

• Device profile: Firebase Anonymous Authentication creates a device-based player ID for online play, friends, invites, and profile persistence.
• Player display name: The name entered in the app can be shown in friend lists, invites, and online matches.
• Player profile data: Coin balance, wins, losses, games played, online status, friend list entries, preferred online stake, and pending game invites may be stored in Firebase Realtime Database.
• Game session data: Moves and match room state are temporarily stored so online matches can sync in real time.
• Advertising data: AppLovin MAX and mediated ad networks may process device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to provide, measure, limit, and improve ads.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide online matchmaking, private invites, and synchronized gameplay.
• To maintain player progress, coins, and basic game statistics.
• To show optional rewarded ads and non-rewarded ads.
• To detect errors, protect the service, and improve app reliability.

3. Advertising

Mills uses AppLovin MAX for advertising. Ads may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded ad formats. Rewarded ads may grant in-game coins or hints only after the reward condition is met.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase - anonymous authentication and realtime database.
• AppLovin MAX - advertising mediation and ad delivery.

5. Data Retention

Match rooms and move data are deleted when a game session ends or a player leaves. Device profile data, player stats, and friend entries may remain until the data is removed from Firebase or the app data is reset.

6. Children's Privacy

Mills is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

7. Your Choices

You can reset local app data from your Android device settings. Advertising choices may be available through Android privacy settings, including resetting or deleting the advertising ID where supported by the device.
