These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gravity Merge Android application. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
License to use the Game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Gravity Merge for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play terms that apply to your download.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the Game except where law permits.
- Modify, automate, exploit, or interfere with gameplay or advertising.
- Use the Game to violate law or the rights of another person.
- Attempt to bypass security, consent, or advertising controls.
Advertising and rewards
The Game may contain banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional and grant only the in-game benefit described at the time. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or removed when needed for balance or technical reasons.
Progress and availability
Game progress is stored locally and may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the Game, reset your device, or move to another device. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, arenas, balance, or the Game itself. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Ownership
Gravity Merge, including its code, artwork, audio, branding, gameplay presentation, and other content, is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, progress, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Game, if any.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date. Your license ends if you materially breach these Terms. You may end your use at any time by uninstalling the Game.
Governing rules
Applicable mandatory consumer law and the rules of the country where you live continue to apply. Any dispute should first be raised through the developer contact listed on Google Play so we can try to resolve it informally.
